Thank you for ladies and gentlemen.


Today, we will explain “Japan should prohibit worker dispatching”
Our team line “Japanese government should protect workers minimum life”
In my speech, we have three argument
First argument is that “unstable working”.
Second argument is that “non social confidence”
Third argument is “too much margin”


Then our first argument is that “unstable working”
Recently there is many worker dispatching


According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
Full time worker is 65.4%,but part time worker is 34.6%
In 2006, the number of registration dispatch is 3million 2hundred.
Worker dispatching “unclear responsibility”
On worker dispatching, dispatched worker has two boss, temporary employment agency and client company.
So working responsibility may be unclear.
Especially, working accident has much trouble.


Last year, serious social problem is worker dispatching discharge “HAKEN GIRI”
You know?
After Lehman shock, many Japanese companies fire dispatched worker.
Many dispatched worker discharge from client company had been to “HAKEN MURA” in Hibiya park
Worker dispatching is too unstable..
Therefore we strongly believe that Japan should prohibit worker dispatching.


Next, our second argument is that “non social confidence”.
Dispatched worker doesn’t have social confidence.
Actually they can’t make lone.
For example, to buy car,to buy house and more…
And then, their married rate is very low.
According to” research of dispatched worker” the percentage of unmarried is 58.6,married is 35.5.
So dispatched worker can’t plan the future.
Because worker dispatching is not good working system.


Lastly, our third argument is “too much margin
According to “an Application of the Worker Dispatch Law”
Temporary employment agency’smargin is about 25-30%.
Even if, full-time worker and temp stuff do same work,but wage is different.
Dispatch worker’s wage is too low.
Because temporary employment agency margin is too much.
One of reason, temporary employment agency margin is too much.
That’ make dispatched worker’s motivation down.
If that is directly employment, their wage will increase.
Same work and difference wage make a bad effect for our society.


Then I want to summarize my speech.
We have the right of having minimum life
Our government should protect workers minimum life
Therefore we strongly believe that Japan should prohibit worker dispatching.
