細かいルールです
(1)The affirmative constructive speaker shall present the affirmative’s case, i.e., reasons why Japan should significantly relax its immigration policies. (The affirmative may present a plan that would produce advantages over the present system.)
(2)The negative constructive speaker shall refute the affirmative case and show the negative’s case.
(3)The rebuttal speakers shall refute and rebuild the arguments presented in the constructive speeches.
(4)The summary speakers shall summarize the debate and show that their own side’s points are stronger.
(5)After each constructive speech, the other team (any one from the team) may ask questions and any one from the constructive speaker’s team can answer the questions.
(6)Speakers are allowed to read prepared manuscripts and quotations but they are strongly encouraged to maintain "public-speaking" delivery such as eye contact.
